At Mondaine Watches, we stand by the Swiss craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Place the watch in its original Mondaine presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely packed in a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement watch will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
